MARANGONI has been a leader in retreading technology for over 50 years. The RINGTREAD System is the first in Spliceless Precure Technology. Designed and developed by Marangoni, The RINGTREAD System combines new tire radial compression molding with custom compounding and contoured shape to match the original curvature of the casings. Marangoni’s systematic approach to precure manufacturing and retreading equipment produces the best retread on the market.

RINGTREAD MANUFACTURING
Unlike conventional precure, the RINGTREAD is cured round to match the shape of a new tire.	The centripetal press ensures uniform pressure to form the spliceless, contoured precure RINGTREAD.	The contoured steel mandrel matches the natural shape of the tire.
RINGTREAD BUFFING
A uniform, contoured buff radius is produced to match the perfect geometry of the molded RING.	Marangoni automated buffing programs are designed to match the profile of each RING.	The RING perfectly fits the buffed profile both circumferentially and laterally. No excess rubber is left to cause damaging heat build-up once in service.
RINGTREAD BUILDING
The one piece spliceless Ring is aligned onto the casing.	10 ball bearing faced fingers automatically apply buffed casing.	Laser technology consistently centers the RING on the buffed profile before relaxing it onto the casing.
